My sister took my elderly parents to update their bank account. They would not let my dad use there restroom so my sister had to walk him across the street to Press on Monmouth. He walks with a walker and barely made it in time. I understand not having a public restroom but nothing even for your customers? And couldn't they make an exception for an elderly person who has a hard time getting around? Ridiculous!

I would give this bank negative stars if I could. My one and only interaction with these people was completely rude and unprofessional. I was cussed at and hung up on because apparently they don’t give out checks at this location (I don’t bank at this dumpster fire of a bank so I had no way of knowing that) this person went out of their way to call another professional establishment to curse and be nasty. I’ve never really experienced blatant unprofessionalism quite like that.
