I've closed my account and reopened once, changed cards twice and they're still getting through. Now the bank is saying that they don't know what to do to help me. Suggested getting a new card...I have twice that doesn't work. They suggested closing the account and opening a new one...and I'm going to take their advice. I'M CLOSING MY ACCOUNT AND GOING TO A DIFFERENT BANK!
