At Truist, our purpose is to inspire and build better lives and communities. That happens through real care to make things better. To meet client needs, to empower teammates, and to lift up communities.
It would be a nice place to bank, but the atmosphere is poor. It's saturated by an odor of cowardice. Two narcissistic bullies, masquerading as good Christians flood the environment with a dank plume of arrogance derived from a poorly constructed superiority complex. A very transparent deflection from a complete lack of depth, or any redeemable qualities. All projected through unprofessional tantrums, and micro managing. Possibly a symtom of being confronted with old age, plain looks, and fading one dimensional personality. However, it's good to have a reminder of what you never want to be from time to time. Self loathing, with a hint of insecure. Charlatans like this act the way they do out of convenience, and lack of humility. The convenience of being protected by the workplace, rules, H.R, laws, etc. It takes no backbone to behave that way, while hiding behind this security blanket. Outside of all that, draw a line, and watch them take no steps to cross it. It takes courage, and strength to treat people well. So often do people choose the path of least resistance. Weak people. Forgettable people. It's easier to hide behind church, religion, and a paper mache smiling face. "And thus I clothe my naked villainy with old odd ends stolen forth of Holy writ, and seem a Saint when most I play the Devil."

Posting this from the drive through where I've been sitting for the past 40 minutes and am still two cars behind getting to the window. Gotta improve the time or at least tell people in the line what the hold up is.
