- TMTanya MaukOct 29, 20251.0This bank is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Unfortunately I have a mortgage there, and I always pay it on time. But they send me double mortgage bills, every month, because I pay it early. So I had to start writing the month and date I paid it for on the bill cause at first I was paid ahead because my husband died and I wasn't thinking straight and just paid the bill when it came in. On top of that I had an account there which I used as a savings for emergencies, to which they would charge me $3 a month for a paper statement, for using my money and wasting money sending me double bills every month.

I placed a check order with Hannah last month, which should be simple but I haven’t received it. I called and the order was never placed! If this is the typical level of service I’ll get, I’ll bank somewhere else. Do better Old National
