“What an amazing bank! The staff truly knows their customers by name and takes the time to be patient with every process. This branch is second to none when it comes to customer service. Everyone is friendly and professional—no bad attitudes, no divas, just genuine people who care. Highly recommend!”

Of course, I had to give one star. Ridiculous bad customer service. The manager is a Diva. The workers there act as though they are forced to work there. Bad attitude and tones. They talk to people disrespectfully and act like people are dumb, but i've seen multiple times where people ask questions and the banker don't know what they're talking about and have an attitude as though they're getting bothered when that's their job! Please read all the fine print with them. I will say they do not discriminate. They treat everybody like pieces of garbage, black or white, young or old. I've been in there multiple times and I'm so glad that I'm closing my account. The only time they seem to care is when it seems as though they're actual personal friends or neighbors come in...Word of advice. I've seen people be more friendly and helpful people from a mcdonald's and starbucks.Go open a Chime account or a cash app before you go into this.Sorry excuse for a bank. Maybe a nice credit union.
