    Si pudiera darle a truist bank 0 estrellas se ls diera porque la verdad se lo merece en cuanto a mi experiencia es lo peor, hace 3 meses reclame por un sobre giro de mi cuenta y hasta la fecha no he recibido alguna notificación, los llamo y la respuesta varia en dependencia de quien sea el que me atienda, las llamadas a atención al cliente fácilmente te pueden tomar 1 hora, mi recomendación es que no deposites tu dinero en esté banco, no es nada agradable pasar por mi situación, sentir que prácticamente te roban y no son capaces de hacer nada, si pudiera o tuviera los recursos los demandara sin problema alguno

    Today, my father attempted to get a cashier check from the local Louisville KY branch, he had his ID and his debit card and they asked him for his account number and the last deposit into the account. I went to my own bank and provided the same cards and I had no issue. For him, he didn't know this, so in attempt to get the cashier check, he went back and got his check book with this information and returned to the bank to get the cashier check and was told he couldn't "today because he got the questions wrong and had to come back tomorrow". Whay does tomorrkw change? Nothing, it's still him and the same presented information. This is absolutely ridiculous. What's the point of personal identification if that is not enough to verify his information. I am so embarrassed and frustrated for my father in his attempt to do something nice for me and he was blocked in both his attempts and wasted his time even returning to the bank for the second time. Do better in terms of your customer service.
