Things have really gone downhill since it was BB&T I’ll tell you that much. More often than not the ATM will have no money in it so all you can do is deposit money and the best part is you have to insert card, enter PIn, choose receipt type then find out no withdrawal. And that’s only if the ATM hasn’t been stolen. So then you need cash so you go inside and join the line that’s being served by the one singular person doing all inside and drive through because why not? Not like I can just head to another branch since the few that are around are slowly closing down. It’s such a pain to change everything I have that automatically gets withdrawn from my account but the lack of reliability has caused me to look for a new bank. Big thumbs down since I can’t go zero stars or a negative.

At one time BB&T (now Truist) was amazing, however, the last 6 years it has been a nightmare! The turnover at this location is higher than a fast-food restaurant, especially this location! I could type 3 pages worth of the terrible experiences I have had with this company and that includes when they were still BB&T. I have never once been late on any mortgage or HELOC payment. I noticed they turned off my autopay and I didn’t discover this until 3 months to late. The manager at the time was helping me but went on vacation and never got back to me. I’m going to finish this review in a couple days. It is infuriating, what they have caused me recently.
