Sorry I didn't know how to do something. It was my first time doing a particular thing and I didn't know protocol. Every time I tried to speak she just cut me off. I couldn't get a single word out of my mouth. She was was a little aggressive and it was very unnecessary. She was just flat out rude and talked to me like I was a child. I felt like was being judged by my looks. I already understood that I made a mistake and she just kept talking. She couldn't read the numbers on the paper even though they were clearly written. It was just strange. Strange behavior. All the Cuban ladies are pretty nice to me though. Unfortunately I have to keep going there because that's where my business Banks.
