At Truist, our purpose is to inspire and build better lives and communities. That happens through real care to make things better. To meet client needs, to empower teammates, and to lift up communities.

By far the worst banking experience I've ever had. This blonde lady with glasses just kept talking over me and lecturing me like I'm an idiot. Sorry I didn't know how to do something. It was my first time doing a particular thing and I didn't know protocol. Every time I tried to speak she just cut me off. I couldn't get a single word out of my mouth. She was was a little aggressive and it was very unnecessary. She was just flat out rude and talked to me like I was a child. I felt like was being judged by my looks. I already understood that I made a mistake and she just kept talking. She couldn't read the numbers on the paper even though they were clearly written. It was just strange. Strange behavior.
All the Cuban ladies are pretty nice to me though.
Unfortunately I have to keep going there because that's where my business Banks.

Very very rude and condescending. They don't know how to treat people. This is the worst bank I have ever been to. Needed help but instead left feeling verbally attacked . This place plummeted when it became Truist .

Started with BB&T, From the buy out of Bank of Louisville, and I have to admit this is the worst I have seen this bank in 15+ years. Covid, truist bank, Whatever the reason I threatened months ago to the manager of leaving because of poor performance of the bank. He reassured me that they were hiring and training four people as we spoke. Today’s experience 4 lanes green lights, one gentleman working the window, 10 minutes to get to a tube, another 15 to 20 minutes to receive a deposit slip. I recognize you still need help, but lying to me will get me out your door faster than the performance of this bank.
