- DADebby AdamsJul 28, 20251.0I am so disappointed with Truist. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. I was unhappy with their savings interest and requested 1/2 of my money do i could deposit elsewhere They handed it to me in stacks, no envelope, so I'm left carrying my cash out of the bank in my hands. Lastly, if you notice, transactions are not posted correctly and then again set to pending one day and then it shows up again pending 4 days later. I started banking with them years ago (approximately 50+ years) when they were Bank of Louisville. They knew what they were doing. They have changed names several times and now this Truist brand is so antiquated as well as, as it seems regularly I receive apologies that they messed up accounts and will be correcting on next business day. I'm pretty much done with them.
