How do you turn a one-star review into a five-star review? A great employee, a great person.Thank you Aldin Hamzic.

I asked the branch if I was still eligible for the sign-up bonus even after Truist locked out my account because they flagged me for fraud. The application didn’t ask for an ID to begin with but asked for money to open the account. The proceeded to deduct $12 every month from my account while I was locked out. I then complied and someone in the branch said I was still eligible so I switched my direct deposit but I got an email from Truist saying I’m not. I called the branch about this, I was promised I will be given a call back, no call. This has been the most stressful experience I’ve had with a bank. Never banking with Truist ever again. Take your money elsewhere. Very poor customer service both in-branch and in the call center

They haven't had a manager on site at the Beaumont branch for close to 2 years ( the other staff members say their manager goes to 2 locations). If you need to speak with her she's never there, and whoever is in the main office has better things to do that to help frustrated clients or return their phone calls.
