- JHJake HovisNov 18, 20251.0I cashed a check from this bank. They charged me $8. I have cashed a check before at this and many other banks without a fee.
- AWAmanda WallingApr 28, 20231.0Branch stated that I was not the account owner because I have an out of state license. I just moved to Louisville this week. After I left, they closed my account without notifying me. I called to offer any proof of identity they could need, and they stated that they will not take anything, and that I need to go back to the state of Florida, and that they are unwilling to assist me. I have never experienced anything like this. I have filed a complaint and will contact the BBB as well.
