- JCJoey CurtisMar 31, 20231.0Don’t bank with these people! They charge fees after fees that they create. I deposited a check, the teller took it before I could sign because she was busy. They held the check for 5 days to clear. Then took the money out of my account to send back to me because it wasn’t signed. Then they charged me a 12 dollar return fee and then a overdraft fee of 36 dollars that didn’t even over draft. 2 5 dollar maintenance fees. Then they said once they mail my check back to me in a few days I can redeposit and wait another 5 days to have my money clear. I have banked with bb&t for 5 years almost with no issue until Truist took over. I’m changing banks asap!
