I closed my account at this location 2 months ago. I received a call from truist saying my account has a negative balance for the last 17 days. I told her my account has been closed since September 9. The truist associate said that my account wasn't closed properly so now I owe money.
This bank is Awful.

The people in here are unprofessional. Also, I asked a question and received a lot of sass with the response I was given. The people they hire at Truist are not customer friendly and seem to care more about gossiping.

My favorite Bank to go to downtown//////!!!????😲 STOP The pressed?? this use to be my favorite bank there was an incident where I was involved in a scam attempt and I made a couple of mistakes I reported it to my bank they investigated it and found out that I was at fault and they said I have to pay back what the scammers created it was a painful lesson for me I should have known better but I feel like this bank did not help me or back me at all but it is what it is and I will pay for my mistake. I hope this never happens again,, for anybody who reads this it was BB&T corporate who made me pay for it but this Bank on main Street the Tellers and bank managers there are still awesome and outstanding and I hold nothing against them they have been the best and sweetest and 💓 nice to me as they can possibly be and I'll always remember them.. thank you Sarah and the rest of the crew for y'all help. Love y'all
