It’s almost as if their employees are told to play dumb; they are rude, short-tempered, and unwilling to genuinely assist with any issues. If you're trying to manage your finances, keep track of transactions, or get real-time information about your accounts, this is not the bank for you. Their app fails miserably in these areas, making bookkeeping a nightmare. In comparison, even smaller companies like Chime and Cash App offer better apps and customer service than this bank. Honestly, I have lost faith in their ability to provide reliable support or modern banking solutions. I wouldn’t recommend this bank if you value efficiency, good customer service, and a decent app experience. There are plenty of other options out there that are much better suited for personal and business banking needs!
