    I went there to cash a check from a well known coin shop in Louisville, they ask for two forms of ID than fingerprint and a fee to cash it. I did everything they ask for then when I ask why so much trouble to cash a check they told me to take my check somewhere else because I ask to many questions. If that's the way to treat your customers I don't understand how they stay on business. Very bad experience.

    I would rate this bank as a so-so option overall, but their mobile app is truly unbearable. It feels like a relic from 2010—clunky, outdated, and extremely frustrating to use. It’s almost as if their employees are told to play dumb; they are rude, short-tempered, and unwilling to genuinely assist with any issues. If you're trying to manage your finances, keep track of transactions, or get real-time information about your accounts, this is not the bank for you. Their app fails miserably in these areas, making bookkeeping a nightmare. In comparison, even smaller companies like Chime and Cash App offer better apps and customer service than this bank. Honestly, I have lost faith in their ability to provide reliable support or modern banking solutions. I wouldn’t recommend this bank if you value efficiency, good customer service, and a decent app experience. There are plenty of other options out there that are much better suited for personal and business banking needs!

    I had a horrible service at their downtown branch on 5th and Market. The teller was extremely rude to me and only at the end of the transaction she informed me that there will be a $5 cashing fee. The company I work for has an account there, if the check was cut at that bank, why am I getting charged a fee to cash it? I also had to wonder if it was a racial discrimination.
