- CSChad SattNov 16, 20251.0First off I have 10 accounts with another bank but decided to open one with stock yards for a small revenue stream. The app doesn’t work 75% of the time I complained about this since day one and they just say “we know our employees have the same problem” and like with every account I set up I tell them if the money is not in there I do not want any transaction to go through. Well apparently the lady papered paperwork wrong one charge went through for 20 cents over charged $35 another charge another $1.57 went through $35 charge another $2 went through another $35 charge. Still no access to app…see where I’m going. $100 deposit went through I assume im positive but really negative other small charges long story they called me and said I was $650 negative over probably $30 worth of charges. I just laughed I have nearly 800 credit score 3 businesses Ira’s cds savings I used this bank for coffee gas and food and that was a big mistake bankers have no clue customer service is horrible APP HARDLY EVER WORKS! Stay far away from this bank! They will scam you too.

Staff is nice. Thats about it. Go with another bank. Don't waste your time. Better to just keep it in under your pillow atleast you wont be charged for it.
