Every time an issue comes up, I'm being told that I need to call this and that when clearly it's the bank's fault..their bank app is insufferable and it's 20 years behind Mama pops or not I can't support foolishness like this anymore..

I was directed to the Post Office which does not do this service. When I purchased the money from the mount Washington branch they said it was no problem to exchange back for a fee of $20 which I was happy to pay. So I had to drive back to the mount Washington branch to take care of my issue. They were happy to do it and gave me John Mills number for my complaint. He hasn't returned my call as of yet but I expect some sort of answers as to why one branch wouldn't help and the other did with a smile on their faces and were wonderful. Mount Washington branch is outstanding but Outer Loop makes me want to change banks. I have been with stock yards since 1999.. very disappointed

Now they will not allow a person to check their bank account online. You call customer care and them people cannot help, your sol until next business day. Tired of all this. Going back to Truist. We didn't have all these problems. Well today is 10-10-25 and Bank calls me and explains to me other options and has clear my mind where the problems are. Going to give them a chance and hope to stay. At least they did call me. That alone was worth a lot to me. Thank you, Stock Yards,
