Absolutely atrocious and inconvenient, especially when 95% of the banking I do can be handled online. I'll be looking to try L and N or switch back to republic asap just because of how dated and clunky their online banking is. * a rep called to get feedback. I greatly appreciate the personal touch of banking locally. I upgraded overall review to 4 stars to reflect quality customer service. If efficient online banking is your highest priority, this area is still lacking, particularly on nights / weekends.
