    I went in and clearly told the manager I wanted to open a new checking account she took my money and deposited it into an old charged off account then had to reverse the transaction I was floored then we asked her about opening a custodial account and she rambled on about ten different things that had nothing to do with that subject at the end of our interaction I did not open a new account nor would I recommend any other human being to do so!!!!!!!!!

    They messed up and gave me a 72$ overdraft fee when I had money in my account and then when I called to find out what happen they reversed it after realizing they made a mistake and threatened me saying if it happens again they won’t reverse it when it was there fault in the first place I’ll be opening a bank account with a competitor bank and closing mine with stockyards I been here 5 years never had a overdraft fee once but this opened my eyes who I keep my money with

    I have only been banking here for a couple years and the service has always been very poor. I called to have some problems fixed with my debit card and dealt with a woman I can only describe as passive aggressive. I was told my problems would be solved and a week later my problems haven’t been solved. I have had nothing but problems while banking here
