Thorough and detailed, explaining every step of SYB’s banking policy and procedure related to my needs. Walked out of this branch with the knowledge and confidence that this group will always be my go to team.

    Absolutely the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with . Do not put your money here . I have had nothing but problems since I set up my trust here . It changed hands and nobody told me and now I can’t even get anyone to do paperwork I’ve needed for months . This bank is a joke. I can never reach anyone on the phone

    Made a deposit in person at this bank and they have not put my funds in my account. It’s been 2 days. I’m incredibly disappointed with this bank. They are not reliable and their systems are archaic. If you need to make reliable timely payments don’t expect this bank to be capable of that. And then they have the audacity to charge people for transferring money out of one account into another. (Maybe if they would deposit my check I wouldn’t have to do that) This bank is horrible.

    Horrible branch... No customer relations at all and it's slow Pace. Getting single cashier's check, and it took 30+ minutes whiles 5 customers were served. Same only same happened last week. I'm only compelled to use this branch because of proximity, but I wish I NEVER have to do business with this branch. The worse branch!!
