Even though I was in this location last year for the sole purpose of changing it on my account - the dude got it wrong. Left the old address in my account for mailing purposes, when I made it clear it no longer applied. My favorite part was how he treated me like I was such a bother - and apparently he couldn't be "bothered" to do his job. What a waste of my time! They could not help with an issue, saying I needed to call customer service (which is useless and often has serious communication challenges). I was forced to tell a very personal story in the lobby in front of everyone as to why I needed help after a really hard year that included losing my biggest client and my mother’s illness/ death. I miss the days when banks would treat you with dignity …
