- KKKaren KogerJul 13, 20221.0They say they are a top bank but it took 3 hours on hold just to be hung up on and me emailing the branch manager to be able to get ahold of someone and they claim to work with people and "Life happens" they do not work with you even if a situation is beyond your control I understand it is a bank and there are rules policies and procedures but if only 1 person get to make a decision for you and when asked for another request or another person make that decision you are told no I'm just glad I do not house all my money at this bank. I financed at the dealership and this was the bank I was given so it wasn't my choice to use them in the beginning.
