  Literally the most incompetent workers I have ever dealt with. When you ask to speak to a manager their manager is conveniently on vacation. If you put money in your account and then spend it, it acts like the money isn’t there and you pay an overdraft fee. Not one but 5 for my case. Save your time and money and bank somewhere else.

  I’ve been to other central bank locations including Tate’s creek, Nicholasville road, and even the corporate office in the city of lex. All of those experiences were great. This location on richmond road has to be the worst customer service that Ive experienced and I truly believe that it was racism. I am caribbean/African American. I pulled up to the window on the side of the building in my car . I wasn’t aware that i had to press a button just to even speak to anyone because at other central bank locations they speak to you the min you arrive so I ended up sitting there for about 2 mins for no reason because there are no signs telling me to press a button . Finally the only women whom seemed to be helping ppl at the window service asked me in a irritated tone “is there something I can help you with?”. I tell her I’d like to take some money out of my checking account. She tells me “well you’ll have to fill out a check”. She then sends me a blank check in a tube .....with no pen or pencil. Once I finally found a pen in my bag I filled out the check as usual then sent it back to her in the tube. She receives it but looks at me confused and says “miss you didn’t sign it in the correct spot” . I tell her “no I did because I’ve signed checks plenty of times before and had no issue.” . She then sends me another blank check and marks the spot she needed me to sign with a x which was the SAME EXACT SPOT I SIGNED THE FIRST TIME. I looked at her confused and annouyed because I had already seen her helping 3 or 4 people before me with no issue and I arrived before them. I filled out & signed the check AGAIN in the same spot, sent it back to her but then she asks me which checking account I’d like to get money out of..........there was only 1 checking account that had money in it 😑. I thought to my self.....all this trouble to get my own 10 dollars ! After finally recieving my money, I left feeling like she was trying to use every excuse not to help me properly and make the entire transaction longer then it needed to be. The women was Caucasian and looked to be in her 50s maybe 60s. Personally I don’t think anyone at any age has the right to treat people as if theyre a foreigner who doesn’t get anything. If she’s not willing to help people then she shouldn’t be doing any job in customer service. Its 2019 & its ridiculous that I’m even dealing with this behavior from another grown adult. By the way......this isn’t the first bad customer service experience I’ve had at this bank location . I hate going to this bank and actually having to speak to anyone there both in person and on the phone!

  Piss poor website & app, highly recommend avoiding this location at all cost. sadly I can’t do negative stars!

  This particular bank is super slow. Good customer service though. Wish they had a faster system for sure.
