This particular branch is staffed with some people who make it clear that they're annoyed by having to deal with even the simplest request. I noticed all the positive reviews of this branch are at least a couple of years old. It's the new staff who have a bad attitude and are discourteous. I'll be visiting another branch soon to close my account and take my money elsewhere.
