- MTMidwest TourneyNov 15, 20171.0I will never use this bank again their policies and procedures on check cashing are not the same for all customers(race) & for an employee to yell out from his office “open a account and you don’t have to pay $5” and all the other employees including the branch manager to start laughing/snickering that showed no professionalism within this branch. Mind you my issue had nothing to do with the $5 check cashing fee. I guess the branch manager felt that was business appropriate.
