  This branch is RUDE. I've never visited a stock yards bank that allows such poor service. Be nice, be friendly, be respectful. I'm letting you hold my money.

  The young lady working there, Ciara went above & beyond to help a stranded 72 year old woman whose vehicle was stalled! Very professional, and helpful regarding her banking transactions, but the help she offered regarding my friend was phenomenal as well! Her help and smile, are truly appreciated!

  I have been banking for almost a year with the Jeffersontown Branch of Stock Yards Bank & Trust. I have had the pleasure of getting to know Teresa, Belinda, and Ciara personally, and I am beyond impressed with their exceptional service and professionalism. More than that, they are like family!   This bank would be fine if it was ten or fifteen years ago their system and everything they do is outdated yet I understand they're smaller Bank. Customer service is nice but it doesn't mean anything. The years is 2021.. if it was 2010 this bank would be everything that I NEEDED, but I feel like they haven't took the steps needed to complete with some of the other Banks therefore I would suggest if you need customer service phone line support , better hours, more support with better features and a bank app that's not two to three days late I was suggest going somewhere else but if you don't need that then this would be your Bank of Choice! Once again I'm not taking anything from the hard working people there.. Who provide pretty good customer service, but you can't do much if you're not given much to work with.. so it's not their fault. I just feel since I've been with multiple banks for some thirty years so I know a thing or two about banks.
