    This bank is the best place to do your personal financial business in Louisville. We have been with SYB in Hillview for the past few years. I have had bank accounts in a few different institutions around town over many years now. The service, flexibility, and helpful attitude are beyond amazing at this branch. Many times, I have had specific requests and every single time I am amazed at the outstanding service and help I have received. My elderly parents switched to this bank a couple years ago and it has been joy to have Raydale and all the wonderful team at Hillview always available to help. This spring I was traveling for work and had my wallet stolen. I was across the country out west with no money, cards or ID. Talk about being nervous about my sudden perdiciment! Raydale helped my husband through the process of scanning pertinent documents, organizing them, along with sending them to me to help get through the vetting process with TSA to board my flight home, not to mention all the additional needs of someone 2,000 miles from home with nothing. I will be a SYB customer for the rest of my life because they care about their members and they are the best! 110%!
