I am livid...I have banked with truist since 2015 which was BB&T then. My accounts got compromised and they were closed and new ones opened on Friday and thought everything was good. Then on the next Tuesday got told the new accounts were closed also and the fraud dept had cut client relations. Then I had to wait for a check to come with what money I had in the accounts I couldn't go to the bank and get the money. This put me in a bad situation.....I wouldn't recommend Truist to a dog....they don't have any concern for their customers. I rate them -10.
