- JFJessie FraleyJan 31, 20231.0I called yesterday to make sure that the bank wouldn’t put a fraud alert on my card while I’m planning/on vacation. The lady was very nice, but discovered that she had closed my card entirely pending “my return” despite very direct communication. When I called back next day to fix, a different, yet more condescending lady answered the phone. I told her my situation and she seemed to disregard my confusion at how I could call to pause fraud alerts on my card to come back and discover that my card had been entirely closed. And I’m everytime I asked for information she would say “I wasn’t even here yesterday” but was oh so quick to act like she knew everything.
