They gracefully provided me with a box to ship a return item. Although this is a small gesture it went a long way to save me money. It is something I appreciate as a long time customer and I'm proud to say that my bank was able to save ME money!

I had my social on me and everything and this was all because the corner piece of plastic on my drivers license was peeled off a tiny bit and he literally took the plastic and ripped it completely off and ruined my drivers license!!! I'm LIVID. THIS IS ONE OF MANY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES THAT I'VE HAD WITH BBT ALL AROUND KENTUCKY AND WV. I 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR A BANK. I'M SHOCKED AT HOW I WAS TREATED TODAY.
