- ZNZoie NobleJan 9, 20211.0I’m not sure who I talked to this morning but the guy was so rude. I’ve been with BB&T since I was 17, so 7 years. I’ve always had problems with over draft fees and activity on my card that isn’t me. I have it set up to where it shouldn’t over draft. The man explained to me very rudely I had stuff pending. I didn’t know. Shouldn’t it show on my account ? Because it didn't. I was upset and dumbfounded by the rudeness I told the guy I would be closing my account. He said okay that’s fine. Isn’t that poor customer service ? I’m going straight there on Monday to fix my account and close it. I will never bank with BB&T again.
