I wish I could leave 0 stars. This is the worst bank I've ever dealt with. All I'm trying to do is get a simple vehicle paid off and their overseas customer service can't tell me if they have lost the check or not, even though it was received and signed for. This bank has no idea what is going on from one department to another. 3 hours on the phone total and still haven't gotten anywhere.

If zero stars was an option I would choose it. I got trapped in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. The vehicle in front of me was permitted to make at least 8 different transactions one right after the other. There was three lanes open with two tellers. All lanes were backed up five cars deep. I called the bank to see if they could get some extra help at the window, or if there was a limit to the number of transactions one car could make, but the man that answered the phone was very rude. Apparently they do not care about customer service. Their lobby has not been open for months due to the pandemic, however they seem to have two employees working in the entire building. If your lobby is not open why can’t you have more people working the drive-through. I have other things to do than sit in the drive-through line trapped with cars behind me and unable to get out.
