You're better off to use the ATM to make deposits from a 3rd party signer if you want your money in the right account. When I called to have the error fixed I was told I didn't know what I was talking about but yet every month since October the ATM allows me to deposit a signed over check so please make it make sense, I guess AI is smarter than humans. I've been so disappointed in this bank since it became BB&T now truist but it's so frustrating changing banks! I'm also in management in a bank and know how a 3rd party check works, what if we didn't have a joint check account? then what? again makes zero sense.

Definitely should look into finding a teller with a better and friendlier attitude. Cussing at clients as they walk away is not professional AT ALL especially from someone who claims to work for the bank for 20 years. I can only imagine that's why she's still a teller and never moved up in the company! The manager Heather is GREAT and was super helpful. This bank is good just STAY AWAY FROM NANCY!
