He was very patient as I had tons of questions, transparent through the entire process, prompt in all responses via text, phone, and/or email, and so much more! He even met me at Panera Bread to explain the loan more in depth. It's a bit overwhelming when there are so many lenders to work with - I shopped them people - he is the best. The close date happened as scheduled and went so SMOOTHLY. He built so much rapport it felt like a party with great friends when we were signing the paperwork. There was ZERO stress and it was all because of him. Zero stress... as a home buyer?! Doesn't sound like it goes together, right? Well it does if you have the right person!
