- DRDavid ReidOct 8, 20255.0I called the Florence Branch in order to switch my account from a savings account to a checking account in order to access my account more easily from Tennessee where I now live. I asked to speak with the Branch Manager, Lea Ann Rose, whom I first met when she was a teller at IRS Gateway Center. I explained my situation to Lea Ann and she suggested I set up an online account, so I could directly transfer money from my Cinfed account to my bank account here in Tennessee. She stayed on the phone with me for about 25 minutes or so helping me set up my online account. I'm 64 and find some of this technology confusing. Lea Ann went above and beyond her duties in helping me do this. Thank you Lea Ann for going out of your way to help me.
