My husband stayed with this horrible bank because the locations in Florida. He does business there and we also travel to Florida frequently. My name is not on his account, and my husband is in ICU struggling for his life since Dec 1. He is hopefully going to make it and Mend. I lost my credit card in the hospital, so just came in today to see what I can do. Judy was my teller and I quote she said there is nothing I can do. Very deadpan look . I left went to Heritage Bank and they told me that if I had online access I could request a new one. And report that credit card lost. That lady needs some serious training!! But wait she is retiring on Saturday. So needless to say we are leaving this bank for good!!! Heritage Bank is the best !! Judy hope you have a great retirement party

Only gave one star because I had to.
Customer service here is absolutely terrible. I called to get some help with my account, gave all my information and was told that she could not tell me anything because I couldn’t remember where I opened my account. I said I can log into my account and give you every single transaction if needed. The response I got was in the rudest voice imaginable “I can’t help you” then immediately put on hold. The phone was never picked back up!
Called a different location and talked to a super sweet lady that was incredibly helpful. Instead of being rude and nasty when I told her I couldn’t remember where I opened my account. She said here let me get another security question which I was able to answer. Then she let me know what I needed to know.

Stopped in to open an account today with Austin. His service was excellent and a 10 out of 10. I’ve banked here in the past and have had some bad experiences with other people but he totally flipped the script. Thanks for hiring great people that know what’s customer service is about. Thanks Austin for your help and guidance.
