A bank teller, Chasity Cary witnessed a staff member(m45) try to intimidate a student (f23) while student was opening a bank account. Said staff member came back to bank and asked Chasity Cary the bank teller for information on if the student has a bank account, what the student was inquiring about etc. Chasity Cary revealed to the staff that the student did infact have a bank account there and revealed the financial information the student was inquiring about. while being unauthorized to do so as the student did not give authorization for anyone to know if she had a bank account there due to safety concerns as well as the law forbids a bank teller to verify to just anyone if you bank with them. When student spoke to Tina Pearson ( Supervisor) about the situation the student was rushed off and not heard. The bank does support blue lives matter as well.
