- KLKEVIN LAWAug 11, 20251.0OK, so I’m gonna tell you this bank used to be a really good bank to deal with, but I had a little bit of a hiccup with a check that I put in on a mobile deposit not knowing that it was a fraudulent check and they ended up closing all my accounts Which is not right a little bit of a hiccup, and they didn’t even want to work things out so for a bank and I’ve had family members that’s been done wrong by this bank, but I thought I would give A chance to make a difference, but for sure this is not a really good bank to deal with for someone to make a small hiccup and they want to do what they do. That’s not right. This is a worthless bank and I wouldn’t do business with them again, even if I was dying in my casket.

From the first phone call, staff was helpful and well informed and able to meet my banking needs. My new card was active and available on the same day. I called every bank in Bowling Green before deciding on FirstBank, and I am very happy with my decision to start banking with them. The App is also intuitive and simple to use. I can't recommend them enough. It was a 5 star costumer service experience.
