- RGR GOct 20, 20251.0It shouldn't take 1.5 hours to open and an account. Do y'all want customers or not? If the average time frame is 1-1.5 hours at least have a bathroom. I figured I would sign my mother up for an account because I bank there but we both will go somewhere else. Old school customer service must not be a thing anymore.

He couldn't hear a word I was saying. I think he has to much wax built up in his ears. But anyways I wouldn't trust this building of sells Fargo the building looks cheaply built. Like a thrift store bank. DO BETTER TRUMP 25

No drive thru, drop box is always broken, have to wait in a line that is out the door at all times of the day and on Saturdays. The managers do not assist the tellers and stand around talking to the loan officers. No indoor deposit drop box and the tellers will not take you deposit without you staying there for them to process all of your deposits. Another business owner tried to tell the manager of the inconvenience and he said they have problems with people breaking into the outdoor box. After she left the manager and loan officer laughed as if they were being brothered by our concerns.
