They closed .y account and took no accountability. Your money is not insured with the FDIC. IF I WOULD HAVE KNOW THIS I WOULD NEVER HAD OPENED A PREMIERE ACCOUNT.

I figured I would sign my mother up for an account because I bank there but we both will go somewhere else. Old school customer service must not be a thing anymore.

- JJJonJul 5, 20222.0If you book an online appointment it won't be accurate and the local branch often doesnt habe the informationand isnt available. If you call in you won't get ahold of someone. Bith branches are admittedly short handed foe regular bankers. If and only if you transfer a large amount of assets then you can get an immediate appointment and see a premier banker. When we tried to open a joint account the 5 people in the bank couldnt/wouldn't help us, wouldn't research why the online appointment didn't carry through and the best was the offer that If we have a la4ge enough account t size then a premier banker would be immediately available. Just had that happen again but now at the East store. Why would I transfer large deposits until I see qualiry service at the local level... took our business to Citizens Bank. Now transferring investments, business and more to Citizens bank. Personal friendly service minimal wait time. They treated us the same with $1000 or $1mil.
