- SJSheba JGNov 30, 20254.0They are good. I use to be in and out when I first started using them. But now every time I go there is a wait, even if no one is ahead of me. Not sure why they have gotten slower with their processing. But they are a good co-op credit union.

I intentionally don’t have checks and don’t set things up to come out of my account by the routing and account number because I don’t want overdraft fees. I was informed that even if they were to decline the charge that comes in as a debit they would charge me the overdraft fee. My Credit Union merged with this one and the only reason I don’t change is that I hate changing all my information and I like the people at my original credit union branch. And yet again money in my account and yet receiving overdraft fees when I don’t write checks. THERE IS MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT

Darion has made each transaction easy and quick. I appreciate her attention to detail and kindness! My husband and I had an auto loan with usaa where we have banked for over 20 years, she was able to cut our interest rate in 1/2 well more than half!!! Switching to CFCU is a no brainer at this point. I highly recommend CFCU and Darion!! Bonus, I get to continue my education because of the money I’m saving without taking out student loans!!
