Rosie the manager wanted to charge me $10 bucks because I wasn't a member of they're bank. This was ridiculous! I'm glad Independence won't allow them over here this bank is crazy and I hope they're soon to be closed. No wonder no one wants to do business with them!

Additionally referred to the DOT COM service where there are not chat reps, instead I was directed to "READ THE INFORMATION THERE - ALL THE INFORMATION IS THERE!" Completely NOT HELPFUL!!

He will not explain his reasoning why i can’t take money out inside the branch. Meanwhile I walked out of the bank and used the ATM and was able to take money out of the ATM. The bank teller called the manager to authorize the transaction. He came by and started speaking Spanish with the teller while I was standing there. Pretty much gossiping. I do understand some Spanish. Please stay away from this branch.
