I assumed the role of power of attorney and reached out to Eric's office to explain the situation and get a better understanding of his account etc. Eric and Cyndi were SO HELPFUL. They were prompt in responding, always professional but also genuinely concerned. In addition, my dad has always had nothing but nice things to say about working with them both and he doesn't usually sing peoples praises!
