    This is the only branch I’ve had issues with one teller being smug. Most of my grievance is with the over all company. I’ve been pleased with them for years but for the past year they have just dropped in quality. Customer service is awful now no cares to help when calling the support line. Their policies make in impossible most of the time to use your own money. I need to withdraw $500 from an ATM And due to the 500 limit per day, I couldn’t do it because the ATM fee with surpass that. I called to try and have that limit increase our service that I had to go to a local branch went to a local branch the teller with a smoke smile says no, we can’t do that here you need to go to the branch in which you opened up an account with us For me that’s North Carolina. Also, while trying to buy a house while I was out of state, they wouldn’t let the people I wrote a check to cash it so my realtor could finish with closing. I had to call and yell at the teller for several minutes. They almost cost me my home. The inconvenience and disrespect to their customers has been mind blowing this past year and I will be transferring to a new bank.

    Terrible bank! The sales pitch was good but nothing that was promised happened! When I call my rep to get anything done, my emails go unnoticed or unresponsive. When my HYS was ending, I got no indication and they acted like no big deal that I was not made aware or that I went from 5% to .0001%. There is no “account rep” despite what they say. And after finally being fed up, I have asked for my accounts to be closed THREE times, and they not only have NOT been closed and my emails ignored, but fees are accruing in the weeks that I have ask to close my accounts! Which I refuse to pay for their delinquency!! Trust me, they only care about getting your business, not doing anything to keep it! One star is generous!!
