- KSKellie ScobeeJun 10, 20253.0There were 2 tellers working when I arrived this afternoon. Both were busy, and I was next in line. Another guy who works there stopped to "assist me." He asked if it was a personal or business account. I already knew what he was going to ask me. When I told him it was a personal account, he said I could use the ATM. It's extremely frustrating to have an attendant who has no intention of actually helping me with my transaction be all up in my business so they can appear helpful. No, I don't want to put a large amount of bills into the ATM at an extremely slow rate for everyone outside to see. I already considered that as an option, and the logical thing to do was to handle it inside. It's the most irritating experience to be fake helped and then directed to do the most illogical thing. If the intention is to help me with my transaction, by all means, please assist me. If not, please don't waste my time. Once he walked away, the person ahead of me finished, and I was able to conduct my business with the teller. She was very efficient, quick, and finished within five minutes. That's the only reason I gave it three stars.

Charging me to put money in their bank. The Leawood branch is the worst. Oak park is great and friendly. But they don't do auto or personal loans anymore. What good are they. I will be moving all my stuff soon
