All three people had me on hold for what reason if they were all unable to help me? Now I have to spend more time, that I don't have anymore, to fix the problem the FIRST person could've told me about!

They pushed the whole process in a hurry and didn’t let me select e-statement preference. They asked me to do it online. My bad I forgot to do it immediately as they hoped and started charging me $3. From Jan2023 I see they started charging me $10 stating my address is wrong(which was never changed). Since the acct opening I never saw any statements or notices mentioning about it. Do to recent merger/acquisition process I found out all this and called the bank people. I realized that they did this intentionally to lure money. These are the reasons. 1.They made me open the acct and hurried for estmt preference. 2. There is no online estatement preference. You have to call customer care, wow! 3. They started charging me $10 for the return of statement for the same address. This bank is not customer friendly! Be ware!
