She was helping another customer who was giving her a pretty hard time but also made time to help get me started with my loan, then back to the other customer to finish cashing his check, then without a beat asked me to step back in front of the window and pulled my information back up and kept working. It was already after 7, which is closing time but she did not turn me away. She kept on working until I was approved and then finished my transaction and gave my loan amount. I really appreciate all her hardwork and time she gave to me. Thank you.
