I have money that is put on a re loadable card and when I want to use that money I have to either make multiple withdrawals from ATMs and then buying a money order or giving it to someone to deposit to their local bank and have them write me a check so I can add it to my account. I just want them to get their online and phone options set up like a local branch because if they had a local branch I could just go in and they could just swipe the card and take my payment. The card isn't a credit card but it isn't attached to a bank account.
