- EHEmily HeadgepathJan 18, 20221.0He came to my work and signed me up after I told him not to several times. I have been fighting with him for over a year now to cancel my policy and refund me all of the money he has taken from me. Every time I'm on the phone with him he gets irate and yells. I have explained to him he is very unprofessional. He is very rude and lacks any customer service skills. I am very confused on why he is the head of any office. Corporate definitely needs to look into this and see how he treats his customers when he is at fault for the mistakes made. I am currently on hold with corporate to make a formal complaint and see if I can get any of my money back.
