They have done it before. Next time stop being lazy and pick up the phone. Then they decided to shut my account down. Ironic how after me telling them off over email they do that. No a good branch. Do not take care of their customers. Just like the big banks its all about what they make. Luckily there are plenty of credit unions that know the value of a customer.
