My grandmother sadly passed away and she left her checking/savings account to me in her will. I worked with Andrew, one of the tellers/representatives, and he took all of the required documentation and information needed from me. He told me he would be in contact with me within a week to discuss next steps. That was the last time I ever heard from Andrew. I called and left his direct line multiple voicemails. I also called the banks main line and asked for the manager. Three separate times I was told that my message had been delivered and the manager of the branch would be in contact with me. I have never heard from them either. I went to the branch on Meridian in downtown Indy when commuting home from work and worked with their branch manager. Incredible service and we wrapped up everything with the account. Take it from me and go to a different branch.

I guess soon they'll have the customers seating at the desks doing all the tellers work. I wonder why anyone would want to use a bank if you have to do all the work for them? There use to be a nice table to use in front, now that is gone too. So are most of the tellers and customer service people. They could of least left a standing table for customers to use. Not all of us want to use on-line everything! Some of the our work needs to be done at the bank.
