I would not recommend Key bank to any of my business associates or personal friends or family. Local branches have zero idea how to manage a simple loan payment if your the type of person or company that likes to pay your principle down and loan off early. My First time ever teaming up with Key on a business level and most certainly will never do again. Every month issues, as well as, they never send statements out on time. They blame it on the postal service. My loan bill is due before I receive my monthly statement. My account balance is always a month behind on my statement. Very poor run corporate bank. Highly do not recommend. If I could give zero stars I would.
