I suggested to her that maybe the office could offer candy to the customers at this time of year. Much to my surprise, at my next visit, Katherine had a full dish of candy and a smile for me. She listened to the little things that make a customer’s day brighter!

Also the teller was sitting at a side table to the left as you walk in, instead of the teller desks which forces the customer to stare directly into the sun while talking to them. The new branch looks great, but the afternoon blinding sun needs to be addressed.
