They have apparently misreported the auto loan I took through them as a secured loan and have made it difficult for me to refinance. It is taking up much of my time to fix the issue and they won't help. I can't know that this is intentional but it's suspicious. On top of that their online payment portal is more difficult and confusing than other banks/loans I've had. I'm looking to switch to a local bank but after my experience so far I am most certainly not ever using this one again.
